Great Central Meats is run by a team with many years experience in supplying meat and poultry to the Education Sector. Although formed in 2014, our business carries with it a wealth of knowledge that ensures both quality products and first class service, yet remain conscious of budgetary restraint which many caterers need to observe.

Due Diligence....

Our site is FSA Approved (not just registered, there is a huge difference). You can find our Food Safety Audit Reports on the Food Standards Agency website, or, we'll send you a copy. We operate an open door policy, you don't need to call, just turn up and take a look.. you are guaranteed a welcome.

Procurement...

We make considerable efforts in supporting UK farmers and producers by prioritising locally grown food, competitive, it is sometimes nessary to source produce from within the EU. All meats are fully traceable and comply with the Beef Labelling Regulations.
